Unsere eigenen Lagrein Trester von bester Qualität werden in unserer Hofbrennerei zu einem feinen Grappa destilliert.
Anschließend wird der Grappa für 12 Monate im Barriquefass in unseren historischen Kellerräumen gelagert.
Der Grappa zeigt eine elegante getrocknete Frucht, leichte Vanille und eine harmonische leichte Mandelnote.

Distilleria al lago. Nell'idilliaca tenuta "Gut Kaltenburg", con vista sul lago di Caldaro, l´uva viene trasformata in un’eccellente grappa distillata in loco. Nel negozio o online troverete grappe, o vari tipi di distillati e liquori pregiati. Le erbe per i nostri liquori crescono nel nostro giardino di erbe.
